Delivery & Returns
- Our standard delivery charge is €8.99 per order nationwide (Rep of Ireland/Northern Ireland) regardless of the number of items ordered.
- Our shipping partners are DPD and An Post. Our DPD deliveries are fully trackable.
- Delivery rates are automatically added to your order at checkout
- Gift voucher orders are shipped free of charge
- Flower & vegetable seed ONLY orders via postal service €4 per order (excludes seed potatoes/bulbs/onion sets)
- We can also deliver to the UK and other European countries. Please contact us with your address and we can quote for shipping.
Why are some products listed as Click & Collect only?
- Please note some larger/bulky/very fragile plants and products listed on the website will be clearly marked as Click & Collect only. This is due to size, handling and weight restrictions through normal delivery channels.
How long does it take?
- Stock permitting we aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days and you should receive your order within 4-5 working days.
- Deliveries are made Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays.
- In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays.
I’m ordering several different items do they all arrive at the same time?
- All items dispatched at the same time will normally be delivered in the one delivery.
Tullyvin Garden Centre Returns Policy
- All purchases can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. Returned goods must be received within 14 days from the date you informed us of the return.
- Purchases may be opened for inspection but must not be used and must be repackaged securely in the original packaging if you wish to return it.
- If we discover goods have been used or there has been a loss in value of the goods due to damage to the goods, while in your care or whilst being returned to us, we will reduce the amount refunded, which may amount to the full cost of the product, to cover loss of value of goods.
- We accept no responsibility for goods damaged or lost while in transit to us.
- The cost of the return, including all packaging and freight, lies solely with the consumer.
- Our original shipping costs are non-refundable.
I have received a damaged product, what should i do?
- All damages must be reported to us via phone or email within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Please ensure you check your items upon delivery.
- Please keep all packaging materials from the shipment.
- If you wish to begin the return process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and ensure the following information is included in your email, your name, phone number, order ID, the item you wish to return, reason for the return and if the product is damaged we require photos of the product.
- Once you have sent us all required information a member of our team will assess your claim and will contact you as soon as possible.
- Please hold off on returning products until a member of our team has called you to confirm.
